Rena Thorane worked for the Authorities and rose up the ranks to the role of Director. She was an expert in breaking the spirits of prisoners kept by the Authorities.

Director Rena Thorane was a sight; that much was certain. She was a tall woman, seeming to tower over the soldiers around her. A crisp navy uniform covered her figure, and a long, blood red cape cascaded down her shoulders and to the floor. The cape had a tall collar that covered the back of her neck and curved down in the front to display her beautiful, regal face. Her skin was dark and smooth, bearing not a scratch or blemish. She was striking and dangerous, powerful and deadly.
